“We were faced with two challenges; we were growing too fast, which meant that too much work was being put on the owners, and the responsibilities were not made explicit, which meant that it was unclear who was responsible for what. The reason we wanted to get started with self-management was to solve the two challenges and that it increased the value of the organization, made scalability possible and saved time.

We recommend SOOPLE to implement self-management to perfection. During the process, we regularly met to further refine the process. It is nice that SOOPLE does not stick to one approach and actually looks at what the organization needs at this moment.
