“We were looking for an organizational structure that would enable us to implement self-management. The need for self-management is actually twofold; firstly, we want to make optimal use of the talent of our people and secondly, we want to be an agile organization that can respond quickly to changes. The first assignment we gave SOOPLE was to implement scrum and agile properly, so that there is a good basis for getting started with self-management. During the implementation, SOOPLE provided excellent guidance. This was both in unlearning patterns and in learning what working with self-management requires of people. We notice that our employees show more involvement and have developed a curious attitude. In addition, as an organization we are able to identify tensions more quickly and weave them into the organization by making them responsibilities. SOOPLE looks closely at the needs of the company and adapts the method accordingly. This ensures that the process is well received by Indi.
