“We hired SOOPLE because we wanted to stimulate our people to think more about the way in which the processes within our organization are set up. Our challenge was also to give people more responsibility in this process. The department quickly picked up the new method.
Since we started working with SOOPLE Self-Management, we have noticed three improvements. First, we see that the department is more aware of its responsibilities. Second, we have a more efficient way of consulting, which saves us a considerable amount of time. Third, we also notice that the efficiency of the department is increasing. The priorities of the work are being considered more and people are challenged to perform their work as well as possible.
